Behind DVK BV is Loredana van Klaveren Bontescu—experienced, sharp, and committed. Having lived in the border region between the Netherlands and Belgium for over 23 years, she knows better than anyone what cross-border administration requires.
After completing her law degree in Romania, she moved to the Netherlands, where she successfully obtained several Dutch diplomas, including a university-level language certificate at C1 level. In the years that followed, she gained extensive experience in various administrative roles, from clerk to head of administration.
Today, she applies that knowledge and expertise every day to help individuals, families, and entrepreneurs gain clarity in their financial affairs.

What began in 2017 as helping compatriots with tax matters has grown into a professional administration and consultancy firm. Today, DVK BV has a team of 10 employees, including several Romanian-speaking colleagues, supporting both domestic and international clients with tax returns, benefits, and administration.
We are a recognised training company (S-BB), which means we also train and mentor young talent. Since 2023, this initiative has officially been part of DVK BV.
Thanks to our certified connection with the Tax Office and other government agencies, we can submit applications digitally, ensuring faster processing. That means less waiting time and quicker clarity.
We use only reliable software and work in accordance with the latest AVG guidelines. Additionally, we have developed our own system at DVK BV, allowing secure and seamless communication with all relevant authorities. This makes our processes efficient, safe, and future-proof.
